Recipe for super easy and quick dark chocolate brownies, that are perfectly chewy and delicious.

Ingredients:

120 g melted vegan butter
200 g brown sugar
80 ml cup of non-dairy milk
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
125 g all-purpose flour
90 g cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
120 g vegan chocolate chips
Step by step recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the hot melted butter and sugar. Then, whisk in the milk and vanilla.
3. In a another bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Combine both mixtures and fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
7. Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a fork comes out relatively clean.
9. Let cool for about 20 minutes in the pan. Then grab the parchment paper sides and pull the brownies out.
10. Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Add some vanilla ice cream or berries if you want to serve the brownies as a tasty and beautiful looking dessert!
