Açaí bowls are the perfect healthy breakfast, lunch or snack to fuel your day! There are many different recipes, this one is my personal favourite.

Ingredients:
Makes 1 bowl
1 pack of frozen Açaí
1 Banana
20 ml Cocounut milk
Frozen blueberries
Frozen mango
Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Top with:
Chia seeds
Flax seeds
Goji berries
Berries
Almond butter
Coconut flakes
Nuts
Açaí berries are a Brazilian superfruit. They have an incredibly high amount of antioxidants, even more than other antioxidant-rich fruits like blueberries and cranberries!
